Remoulade Sauce: My mother and grandmother's recipe with a few ingredients omitted.
2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Mix all together and refrigerate for at least an hour.
We had it on a salad of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado and boiled shrimp. Delicious!
